im SOLUTIONS is proud to be a Diamond Level Certified AV Solutions Provider (CAVSP).  This prestigious certification is an internationally recognized ISO/ AV industry standard- and is a credible measure of professional development, experience, and continual training for AV professionals.  While a Diamond CAVSP certifies that at least 75% of the sales and technical staff maintain the CTS certification, im SOLUTIONS exceeds this mark by maintaining 100% of all sales and technical staff with CTS certification.

We realize that in the AVL business, technology is in constant flux.  We understand the importance of staying on the cutting edge continually expanding our knowledge as a company and sharing that knowledge with our Customers.  We provide complete on-site training and additional in-house training classes and seminars for Clients wanting to expand their knowledge of a specific product or general technology.
